RedyMoney will obtain requisite and necessary information from you, and this will be non-public personal information, which we gather from the following sources:
- information we receive directly from you via application forms, the internet, telephone or in person;
- information we receive from consumer reporting agency;
- information we receive from your employment;
- information we receive from your valuator;
- information we receive from title and judgment searches; and
- information we receive in relations to your depository and/or loan relationships.
RedyMoney may in circumstances and in effecting our general business practices, disclose your information to third parties, which include, and for the reasons as outlined: (1) to a third party if the disclosure will enable the party to perform a business, or professional function for us; (2) to a credit reporting agency or investor for the purpose of verifying information you provided or to prevent fraud or criminal activity in the case of title transaction; and (3) to a regulatory authority, law enforcement, or other governmental authority in order to protect our interests in preventing, or prosecuting fraud, or if we believe you have conducted illegal activities.
RedyMoney values our customers’ information and we regard your privacy, confidentiality and security, and we only allow access to your non-public personal information only to our employees who have a need to know this information. Additionally, we have implemented physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with state and federal regulations to protect your non-public personal information.
RedyMoney reserves the right to disclose information in circumstances such as a potential sale or transfer of its interests, or in conjunction with a proposed merger or acquisition. In such instances, we reserve the right to sell or transfer your information to a third business entity that has similar business practices or services, that agrees to be the successor in interest regarding the maintenance and security of the information collected and that agrees to the obligations of this privacy statement.
If there arises any claim relating to our privacy notice or breach thereof, same shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
